Refractions Releases uDig 1.0RC1

The uDig community is pleased to announce a version 1 release candidate. Version 1 represents a significant milestone in the uDig project; providing API stability to uDig developers.

This release also includes internationalization support (French included), improved feature and raster styling, automated building and testing of uDig.
